Note: This event begins on September 30th and carries over to October 1.
Wednesday: The afternoon is open for gold, fishing or other activities. The evening will have cocktails and dinner with music by Norfolk Southern Lawmen.

Those planning to attend both days and want to stay at the resort can register for the "Complete Meeting Package" for $510.00. This package includes one night's lodging, all meals during the meetings, cocktails and dinner. A block of rooms will be held until September 8, 2009. You must call the resort at (304) 269-7400 to add your name to this rooming list.

Those attending as "Day Guests only" can register for the day(s) they plan to attend. The daily rate for Wednesday is $210.00 which includes the reception and dinner. The daily rate for Thursday is $175.00. If you prefer to only attend the dinner, you may do so for a fee of $35.00 per person.

If you want to reserve additional nights lodging at our conference rate, you should do so as soon as possible. Rooms are limited on Thursday, October 1 due to the WVU vs Colorado game.
